OnMobile Global Limited (“ONMO” or “ we” or “us” or “ our) operates the ONMO+ service made available via the ONMO+ website at https://onmoplus.com and the ONMO+ mobile and other device application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). The ONMO+ mobile and other device applications may be distributed by ONMO Inc., a subsidiary of OnMobile Global Limited, through certain platform app stores. whereby Users may: (a) play online games (“Games”); and (b) bring their own games under an “Install-and-Play” model that such Users have purchased or obtained a licence from the relevant rightsholder via a Digital Storefront to access and play.
Any person utilizing the Platform (“User” or “ you” or “your”) or utilizing or activating any of its features (“Services”), shall be bound by this privacy policy (the “ Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy shall form a part of the terms and conditions available at onmoplus.com (“ T&Cs”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in the T&Cs.
The use of this application is strictly limited to the User who is of the age 18 years or above. If you are not of the requisite age or otherwise unable to enter into binding contracts, you are not to provide any information to ONMO. If it comes to our attention that any information pertains to or is provided by an individual under the age of 18 years or otherwise not eligible to enter into binding contracts, such information will be deleted without notice to you. We will not be held liable for any such claims made by any such end user misrepresenting his or her age.

Once the User leaves ONMO’s servers (the User can tell where he/she is by checking the URL in the location bar on the User’s browser), use of any information provided by the User is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site/application which the User is visiting. That policy may differ from ONMO’s own. If the User can’t find the privacy policy of any of these sites via a link from the site’s homepage, the User may contact the site directly for more information. ONMO is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites/applications.

SECURITY PROCEDURES
All information gathered on the Platform is securely stored within ONMO controlled database. The database is stored on servers secured behind a firewall; access to such servers being password-protected and strictly limited based on need-to-know basis. However, we understand that as effective as our security measures are, no security system is impenetrable. Thus, we cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.

By accessing and using the Platform and/or the Services, you understand and agree that your information may be used and processed in or transferred to countries other than India. Several deceptive emails, websites, blogs etc. claiming to be from or associated with ONMO may or are circulating on the Internet. These emails, websites, blogs etc. may include our logo, photos, links, content or other information. Some emails, websites, blogs etc. call the user to provide login name, password etc. or that the user has won a prize/ gift or provide a method to commit illegal/ unauthorized act or deed or request detailed personal information or a payment of some kind. The sources and contents of these emails, websites, blogs etc. and accompanying materials are in no way associated with ONMO. For your own protection, we strongly recommend not responding to emails or using such websites, blogs etc.

RETENTION OF DATA
Your Personal Data may be retained and may continue to be used until:

you withdraw your consent for ONMO’s processing of your Personal Data as set out aforesaid in the relevant purposes for the use of your information are no longer being served; You may withdraw your consent at any time, by raising a request through the 'support tool' available in the Platform or contacting the Grievance Officer (grievance.officer@onmo.com). Once consent is withdrawn, we will cease processing your Personal Data unless such processing is required under applicable law. Please note that that upon withdrawal of consent, your account will be deleted, and you will no longer have access to the Platform and/or Services upon such deletion. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be accountable for our inability to provide the Platform and/or Services resulting from such withdrawal of consent, except where otherwise required under applicable law or for legitimate purposes such as compliance, dispute resolution, or prevention of fraudulent activities and
